RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

How To Return A Stock Item

Your stock item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Unless there is a manufacturer defect, any opened box/packaged stock product is nonrefundable. You must return the item within 5 business days of contacting us and getting approval of your refund by one of our Customer Service Representatives.  


For Returns/Refunds/Exchanges please email hi@urbanleafpkg.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment with a detail explanation for your reason to Return/Refund/Exchange your stock item and we will handle your issue on a case by case basis.

Return Exceptions


Merchandise that has been used or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange. For custom products, once a digital proof has been approved, custom printed items are no longer adjustable or refundable. All material returned to Urban Leaf Packaging must have a confirmation email from our staff. Material must be in resalable condition for a refund. Cancellation of non-stock items (custom printed orders) are subject to an additional fee and may amount to the full price of the canceled products including any die charges, plate charges, or prep. fees.

Restocking Fee

All stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $25.00 whichever is greater plus freight ; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.
